Käytössäsi on 78 neliön talviasuttava talo kahdella makuuhuoneella sekä sähköistetty aitta, jossa 2 erilistä makuutilaa. Yhteensä 8 nukkumapaikkaa. Mökissä täydellisesti varustettu keittiö, wifi, astianpesukone, mikro, ilmalämpöpumppu, puusauna, suihku, sisä-WC sekä pesukone. Saunasta pulahdat järveen, jonka hiekkapohja syvenee loivasti. Hyvä tie perille ja ympäristössä hyvät ulkoilu-, sienestys- ja marjastusmahdollisuudet. Grillikatos, 2 polkupyörää, 2 kajakkia sekä soutuvene myös käytössäsi.

Tervetuloa oleilemaan lämmin tunnelmaiseen asuntoon osana vanhaa hirsirakennusta. Talo sijaitsee Kaukaalla, paperitehtaan piippujen alla. Asunto on pienehkö, mutta kompakti ja sisältää kaiken tarvittavan. Auton saa ilmaiseksi pihaan ja bussi kulkee ihan vierestä. Naapurusto on mukavaa ja rauhallista. Lämpimästi tervetuloa. Partially renovated two-room apartment "Aino" in Alvar Aalto's world-famous terrace house. The apartment is bright and spacious, 45 m2 and it has a well-equipped open kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and dining. Spacious bedroom with an double bed, spare bed in the living room. Bathroom/shower and a wide balcony. The apartment has high-quality furniture, beds and textiles. Distance to the center of Kotka approx. 13 km and to Karhula shopping center approx. 3 km.

30m2 apartment with Sauna

I have a few Air bnb apartments in same building. Building it self has been built 1906 its a strong building with 70cm thick brick walls. Hole building is totally re-built by my self. My own apartment win "Luxury houses of Finland" TV series a few years a go. This Air bnb flat is 32m2 with Sauna, its a quiet place towards of lake Saimaa and only 600m from town center of Lappeenranta. We try to show apartment ourselves and give the key when its possible but we can put key also to Mastelock.
