Concan is 20 min away with clear crystal rivers to enjoy.

On 60 acres, lots of dirt roads, and a rough rocky dry creek to explore. hummingbirds, jack rabbits, deer to keep you amused. Several clear cool swimming holes on the Nueces River just minutes away. Cooks Slough Nature Park is a popular spot for bird watching and hiking and is just south of the city limits.
