Small open floor plan farm cabin “B” located 15 minutes away between Uvalde & Concan, in a quiet country subdivision Comfortable recently constructed with 1 queen bed and a futon couch. Exterior is still a work in progress. Surrounding locations and attractions such as Garner State Park is only 25 minutes away. House Pasture 23 mins away. 1 hour drive to Mexico or the casino at Eagle Pass. A quite country place to stay while doing business or pleasure exploring the local area & river locations.

Our smallest and coziest tiny home (it is super tiny!). This bright and airy, super tiny one room studio tiny home with a kitchenette (mini fridge & microwave) is located right off of highway 83, about 3.4 miles from Garner and 3.3 miles from the Frio river. A no frills spot perfect for two people to relax after exploring the area. This is our only tinyhome that does not have a full kitchen, it does have an outdoor bbq pit. $60 pet fee per dog with breed restrictions. No dogs over 50lbs

A quiet family friendly getaway perfect to unwind, relax, bird watch and disconnect from everyday life. Wi-fi is not available. Sleeps up to six people. Bottom level has a full size bed, full bath, fully stocked kitchen,stove, full size refrigerator, coffee bar, screened in porch. One bathroom inside and half bath outside. Located 16 miles N. of Uvalde, bumpy entrance road is 1.2 miles N. of Chalk Bluff. Park. The cabin is 1/4 mile, walking distance to the clear, beautiful Nueces River.

This peaceful cabin is centrally located in the Texas Hill Country, close to Garner State Park, Lost Maples State Park and Hill Country State Natural Area. Drive through the Hill Country on the Twisted Sisters, enjoying the beautiful scenery and wildlife. Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Concan 20 miles away also has a golf course.

Imagine a couple of days in the Texas Hill Country in a guest house that is totally yours, it is shaded by pecan trees, you have access to one mile of both sides of the river(the Dry Frio). Welcome! Step inside this newly remodeled home, pull a shot of espresso and relax. This home has strong Wi-Fi, but no television. For the chef- This kitchen is fully stocked with table service, kettles, baking pans, blender, mixer, electric griddle and much more. Each of the three bedrooms has a queen-sized bed. Completing the house are two full bathrooms and hiding behind a sliding barn door you will find a laundry complete with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Bunker Cove ~Pool ~Near Frio River

Bunker Cove is a family-friendly home close to all the major activities surrounding Concan. The Frio River is only 1.5 mile from the house. Garner State park is only 8 miles. The home will sleep a maximum of 18 people. Each room as it's own dedicated bathroom. It's equipped with a fully furnished kitchen and complimentary linens and towels are provided for your stay. Outdoor activities such as a sand Volleyball, pool, and horseshoes are NOT shared with other guest.

River House Hideaway

Beautiful, secluded home in Frio Cielo Ranch, with access to the Dry Frio River (not dry), and located just 17 miles from Concan Texas and the Frio River. Close to Garner and Lost Maples. This wildlife haven and night-time star show is some of the best the State has to offer. Enjoy feeding deer off the 12-foot-wide wrap-around porch or hike along the river and look for arrowheads. Just a minute's drive to Utopia but also great proximity to Garner State Park and Lost Maples for great hiking, swimming, etc. Great location to enjoy all the Texas Hill Country has to offer.
