Located in a 19th century building and featuring a lovely garden, The Friendly Apartament offers accommodation at Ion Luca Caragiale, nr.2 in Timisoara. The property is conveniently located at just 1.1 km away from St. George's Cathedral and 1.7 km from the city centre. The nearest tram station is at 2 min walk from the building. Merlot restaurant is situated 300 m away from the location. ZHH Termal, Timisoreana Beer Factory and Dinar restaurant are about 10 min walking from the property.

We are taking great hygiene measures, properly ventilating, cleaning and disinfecting surfaces after each guest.

Modern Apartment on Bega river banks + Parking

This elegant accommodation is perfect for short and/or long stays. The apartment is located near the city center, in a historic district. The location offers two parking spaces in the inner courtyard of the complex, as well as the possibility of self-check-in/check-out. Guests can enjoy a relaxing walk on the banks of the Bega River or opt to visit the city center by using public transport, the tram station (Tram No. 2) being located approximately 300m from the apartment location.

The apartment is completely renovated in a modern style, perfect to make your stay in Timisoara more pleasant. It is located in a good area of the city, on a quiet street, with the possibility to park your car for free in the inner courtyard or on the main street. It consists of bathroom and kitchen (fully equipped) open space with bedroom. WiFi and Smart TV is available and free! Our guests will have access to all amenities of the apartment and we hope they will feel like home.

Vei ramane uimit cat de putin spatiu iti poate acoperi toate nevoile si te surprinde cu designul sau. Chiar daca suprafata apartamentului are doar 38 mp, spatiul este impartit cu riflaje de lemn care adauga un farmec si un stil aparte acestui apartament, pe langa tablourile pictate cu cladiri din Timisoara, pentru a te putea bucura si in locuinta de minunatiile orasului. In acest apartament predomina lumina naturala, te poti bucura de liniste si de o cafea buna dimineata !
