It is located within walking distance from all major city sites and turist attractions. Lake Palic is only 6 kilometers(3.5 mi.)away, with easily accessible motorway connection. Hygiene and hospitality are very important to us. It is our pleasure to welcome you for a comfortable overnight in our apartment.

Glavna obilježja i turističke atrakcije grada (gradska kuća, sinagoga, barokna katedrala, kazalište itd.) nalaze se u neposrednoj blizini garsonjere. Najbolji gradski restorani i kavane također su udaljeni 5-7 min hoda od stana. Mir i tišina tijekom noći garantiraju spokojan odmor, a udobnost stana jamčit će ugodan, opuštajući boravak u Subotici i okolini Vama i vašem partneru/ici ili prijatelju.

Fully equipped apartment in walking distance from City center. The apartment is located across the street from the farmers market, where you can get fresh local ingredient’s (fruit, vegetables, dairy products, meat). The city center is 5 minutes away by foot. If you enjoy nature, Dudova suma park is also located 6 minutes away. Guests have access to the entire apartment. Two bedrooms, bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. The apartment has free WI-Fi, as well as cable TV.

Most of the city attractions are within walking distance. Maps and tourist info is provided. The apartment has all the basic amenities needed for you to have a comfortable rest and it is maintained and cleaned regularly. Under the apartment is daily bar with ocassional acustic events on weekend.

Kevesen tudják, hogy van a városnak egy Maros-partja, ami számos kikapcsolódási lehetőséget nyújt, mind a természetkedvelőknek, mind a kalandra vágyóknak. Található itt lombkorona sétány, kalandpark, tanösvény, szabad strand. Kis házikónk a Maros folyóhoz közel, a lombkorona sétánytól 300 méterre, erdő ölelésében, csendes, nyugodt környezetben, fenyőfák rejtekében bújik meg.

Pansion se nalazi u malom selu pored reke Tise. Ima jedna dvokrevetna i jedna trokrevetna soba sa jednim kupatilom, kao i mogućnost korišćenja kuhinje. Ceo objekat je namešten u autentičnom stilu seoskog ambijenta. Dve terase za odmor i druženje i veliko dvorište. Ima mogućnost za smeštaj kućnih ljubimaca. Banja Kanjiža je na udaljenosti od 7 km. Nema stalnu posadu, samo po potrebi. Doručak nije u ponudi.

The apartment is very light, 200m from town center, 200m from railway station, 400m from bus station.In front of the building is a bus stop for a tourist place lake Palic, Ergela Kelebija. Near the building are lots of resturants, bars, theater and many markets.
