The Duck House is an open plan hand built wooden cabin situated in front of one of our lakes beside our beautiful private woodland which you have direct access to.. With views directly onto the lake it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the countryside. It is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom and has everything you will need for a long or short stay. Well behaved dog friendly. Explore our private woodland and lakes or the local footpaths. NO FISHING, SWIMMING OR WIFI.

The Boathouse Stone Cottage

A delightful two-bedroom detached cottage with free parking for up to two cars. Located next to our working boathouse in the middle of Stratford-upon-Avon, with a charming outlook over the lawn to the river. A five minute walk over the footbridge to the theatre and the centre of town. Secluded private sunny patio with outdoor table and chairs, plus the riverbank to yourself in the evening.
