We run off solar and gas and invite guest to come and enjoy the quiet side of nature. Our lodge has access to many miles of trails for hiking, biking and running through our private game farm where one can get up close and personal with our resident giraffe. The sounds of the river are sure to put you to sleep at night!

Experience the peace of the meandering Mooi River, nature, livestock and overlook the quiet bustle of an active farmyard. Unfortunately due to ongoing biosecurity measures access to the dairy and cattle areas will not be allowed. The cottage is self catering, and close to Mooi River town for supplies or takeaways. There is 4km of rough dirt road to access the farm (high clearance vehicles recommended)

Please note that the property is remote and the last 200m of the access road will require a high clearance vehicle.

Perfect for couples, this cozy garden villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, indoor fireplace, and a wood-fired pizza oven for relaxed evenings under the stars. With no TVs, the space is designed for switching off and enjoying the quiet farm surroundings. The villa is accessed via a farm road; higher-clearance vehicles are recommended, though smaller cars can manage.

A hop, skip and a jump off the N3, situated in in the Van Reenen Eco Village Precinct. Down the road from the little church tea garden. A great one night stop off. Breakfast at the Tea Garden (not included) or take a early morning walk before continuing with your journey. Dinner can be booked in advance. No charge for children/elderly parent sleeping on lounge bed if accompanied by both parents.
