Der Peenestrom ist nur etwa 50 m entfernt (Badestelle ca. 1,6 km). Das Haus wurde in den Jahren 2021 bis 2022 komplett grundsaniert und neu mit hochwertigen Möbeln ausgestattet. *Über andere Inserate können auch Buchungen für die einzelnen Ferienwohnungen getätigt werden.
