If you want a great sleep, our super king size bed with the freshly washed and outside dried linen is here for you. Only 20 minutes from Dunedin city.Great quality bikes are available for rent.The view is great,you straight looking at Mihiwaka from the deck on your left and looking down to the bay on your right. It is a small lifestyle block with sheep and bees.

Our unique stand alone studio is a small, historic, renovated school about 30km north of Dunedin and close to the village of Karitane. The school has everything you need for a warm, comfortable stay. There books and games for your use. We live in a repurposed sheep shearing shed nearby and both buildings are surrounded by extensive gardens and plantings. There are panoramic views of the very picturesque coast line and out to sea. It is very peaceful and private.

You’ll stay in the sleepout, which is a brand new, fully insulated, space which is fully detached from the main house. It has a queen bed (linen and electric blanket provided), it’s own private bathroom, mini fridge, table and chairs, and tea/coffee making facilities.
