Earth & Aircrete Dome Home

Creative, unique and cozy. This dome is made from aircrete and is finished with clay plaster and an earthen floor. It is a piece of art in every respect and is sure to inspire. It has everything needed to cook food, be warm and sleep deeply as well as nearby hiking and skiing trails leading to rivers and cliffs. It is heated by a wood stove or electric space heater and has a outdoor composting toilet and a shared indoor bathroom. Come enjoy the only dome of it's kind in the whole country!

Newly built in 2021 as a place to hideaway in nature. Set on a private wooded 9 acre lot with lake access to Powers Pond. We have two Kayaks available for use. There are many walking trails on the property for you to explore nature! The contemporary and rustic features of the cottage highlight country living in Herring Cove Village, just 15 minutes to the city of Halifax. Stay put and relax in the hot tub or Herring Cove has hiking, sight seeing, ocean views, and local places to eat.

Reid's Cove Retreat

Reid's Cove Retreat has been crafted as a modern couple's retreat, nestled in beautiful Tatamagouche NS. Take in the special details of this romantic space, including hot tub, massive front windows with an amazing view, and paddle boards to enjoy the water access. Explore the village of Tatamagouche and near by attractions including Fox Harb'r, Brule Point and Northumberland Links Golf courses, Jost Vineyards, Tatamagouche Brewing and Ski Wentworth along with tons of hiking trails.

Private 'half' of a very old farmhouse overlooking the Bay of Fundy. Ideal as a retreat or quiet getaway surrounded by history and natural beauty. (Host lives in the other half.) Welcome to Jolicure Cove! Located just 10 minutes from the Aulac Big Stop. Prepare yourself for a total nature immersion in our private lake front dome. You can expect complete peace and quiet except the sounds of the breeze, the loons and other forest animals. The dome is the only one on the property, which sits on over 40 acres! Enjoy yourself playing games on the lawn, sitting around a fire at the fire pit, or reading out on the dock.

Back Bay Cottage

Designed and built by architect Peter Braithwaite, the unique cottage design offers an exclusive and tranquil getaway. Accommodating up to 6 guests, this open concept, fully equipped cottage is ideal for couples, small families or outdoor enthusiasts any time of year. The airbnb is located 20 minutes outside of Halifax on six-acres with an outdoor fireplace, BBQ and stunning views that overlook Back Bay.
