Tucked away in Waterloo, 5min walk to Open Polytechnic, our private guest studio is cosy & comfy. Your own entrance & outdoor area in the trees & native bird life. A very comfortable king bed, ensuite bathroom (shower has great pressure!) & everything you’ll need to make a cuppa or heat dinner in the microwave. 2 minute walk to Riverside Drive, Waiwhetu stream & Te Whiti Park. 'The Cottage'

‘The Cottage’, is a cosy, self-contained cottage situated in the lovely Kaitoke countryside, a 40 minute drive from Wellington; 20 from the Wairarapa and 10 from Upper Hutt. 'The Cottage', is also the perfect location for access to the Rimutaka Incline Trail and Aston Norwood Gardens & Cafe. It is a modern two-bedroomed cottage, which could accommodate up to four guests. From the lounge, you can enjoy watching the animals play in the paddock below or the birds fluttering around in the trees.

We are located at the end of one of Greytowns most beautiful streets, a walkable 2km into the shops and cafes. As well, we are on a popular walking and biking route to the Waiohine river.
