The barn is set in the large garden of an old farm house in the historical Village of Kings Sutton, and has been tastefully converted in to a modern living space. The accommodation comprises: Large kitchen sitting room, with WIFI and Connected TV. A mezzanine bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2 or 2 +baby in cot) A small seperate bedroom that can be laid out as a King or 2 single beds A small tasteful bathroom and a utility room. Use of our garden (with own small private area) & hot tub.

Everything you need within a 5 minute drive inclusive of two local pubs, a coffee shop, a convenience store and plenty of takeaway options offering a variety of cuisine.

It's an ideal base for a short break visiting the Cotswolds, Oxford, Blenheim Palace, Silverstone and Stratford-upon-Avon, or relaxing after a day's shopping in Bicester Village. The cottage is located on our smallholding at the edge of the picturesque village of Steeple Aston. We are also very popular with people who need a comfortable base while working away from home.

We are around 3 miles from Brackley a local market town which offers, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, takeaways etc. We are approx. 2 miles from Aynho Park and the Great Barn at Aynho - fantastic Wedding venues. We are 15 mins from Silverstone.

We have off lane parking adjacent to quiet country lane.

The shower room has underfloor heating with hand wash & towels provided. Complete with off road parking. An ideal base for visiting the Cotswolds, Soho Farmhouse, Blenheim Palace, Oxford and Bicester Heritage. Please note that the ceiling above the bed is sloping and although not steep, you will need to watch your head.

Lovely quiet 2 bed coach house in Bodicote near Banbury, available for short or long stays. A village location with great access to the countryside but also good transport links (Banbury train station <2miles). Outside patio area at the back of the property. Currently set up as two doubles.
