No more than 2 Please note- we can sleep 6, but the cottage probably best suits either 4 people or 4 adults and 2 children 4 Home Farm South is a pretty 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage located on the private Rousdon Estate near Lyme Regis. There are wonderful woodland walks and access to the Southwest Coast Path and a ‘Secret’ private beach! The ground floor is open plan with double doors opening onto a walled and gated south facing patio and lawn with table, chairs and parasol.

The cottage is simply furnished - 2 bedrooms, (second at top of stairs) WC, kitchen & lounge. Guest parking with private, walled garden.

This self contained apartment is attached to our main house but you have completely private access with your own en-suite bathroom, front door and access to a balcony area with views across the River Lym valley.
