In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Genießen Sie Ihre ruhige 40 qm Wohnung nur 200 m vom Freibad entfernt. Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück. Im Ort sind alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs erhältlich. Die Wohnung ist, zu jeder Jahreszeit, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Rad-, Berg-, Ski- und Wandertouren, sowie Ausflüge nach Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Salzkammergut oder die umliegende Region. Es steht ein abschließbarer Abstellraum z.B. für E-Bikes od. Ski zur Verfügung. Ein Babybett und Hochstuhl für kleine Gäste ist ebenfalls vorhanden.

Unser Apartment ist mit Altholz, Stein, und hochwertigen Materialen im alpinen Stil eingerichtet. Die meisten Möbel sind schöne Einzelstücke. Wir haben uns den Kopf zerbrochen wie wir das größtmögliche Wohlfühlgefühl erzeugen können. Reinkommen und wohlfühlen, dabei die tolle Aussicht zum Predigtstuhl bestmöglich genießen können war das Ziel. Im Apartmenthaus gibt es einen großen Panoramapool und einen mickrigen Fitnessbereich😂Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und eine sehr gute Erreichbarkeit.

Traumhaftes Bergidyll, herrliche Aussicht auf Hohen Göll, Watzmann, Kalter, Untersberg,... , ganztags Sonne, ein sensationeller Balkon. Nicht umsonst wurde hier die Anfangssequenz von "Sound of music" gedreht...Bad, Küche hochwertig und neu, Ausstattung gemütlich und traditionell. Mit Solar-und Holzscheitheizung, sowie neuer PV-Anlage wohnt ihr absolut klimaneutral. Internet vorhanden , aber langsam. Hühner, Schafe, Katzen, Alm, Kinder willkommen, kleiner Spielplatz, Bullerbü auf den Bergen!

A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

Geschäfte, Bäckereien, Cafe‘s, Eisdielen und Restaurants mit schönen Gastgärten findest du praktisch vor der Haustüre. Die mittelalterliche Salz-und Keltenstadt Hallein gilt als die „kleine Schwester“ der Kulturstadt Salzburg, welche mit der S-Bahn in ca. 20 Min bequem erreicht werden kann.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
