The house provides easy access to the heart of Oxford, John Radcliffe Hospital and Oxford Brooks University. It has been decorated to host quiet, considerate and respectful guests. Long term stays are available. Party or event are strictly forbidden.

Vestibule entrance from the street, open plan dining room, into kitchen, then into living room which in turn opens via bifold doors on to a patio. Up the stairs to a bathroom (shower over bath), a spacious landing/study area and bedroom 1. Up some further stairs to bedroom 2 with ensuite shower room.
