Fully loaded home in the Arlington part of Jacksonville is 18 miles from the JAX Airport, 8 minutes from Downtown, TIAA Stadium (Jaguar Stadium) and the VyStar Arena. 11 miles from Atlantic Beach, 14 miles from Mayo Clinic, I-295, UNF & JU are also a short drive away. Everbank Field, Saint Johns Town Center, the Cruise Port, UNF, and JU are all within a 15 minute drive. Inside the house you will find a bright, cozy yet spacious home to work, relax, read, rest and play (board games are in hall closet). Large flat-screen TV and internet included. A walk around the block is a pleasant 1 mile.
