Many trails surround the neighborhood, with shops, cafes, and the university close too. Lime Bikes, Ride Share (Car2Go & ReachNow), local buses and the Light Rail are all available in the neighborhood. Uber/Lyft/Taxis are easily accessible.

Our sparkling clean, studio, mother-in-law apartment is located near enough to the U of W to walk but far enough to avoid most of the noise. Several coffee shops and small neighborhood stores are located within a couple of blocks. The kitchen is fitted out with essential cooking items and the bathroom contains towels, a washer and dryer. Inflatable hot tub. Guest pass for 24 hour zone street parking available during your stay.

You will like the location of our clean modern one bedroom apartment on the ground floor of our home. A comfortable place for visitors in a walk-able neighborhood full of restaurants and parks. This space is great for Couples, families, and business travelers alike. The apartment has its own heating/cooling system separate from the house. We have created a special cleaning checklist based on recommendations from the CDC.
