This place is a SANTUARY Just what we all need at this moment .Been able to breath fresh air from a clean beach ocean .Taking Sun every day walking to swim looking at amazing Sunset. Connecting with nature . The Apartment is in Punta Banderas the Best Spot in All Luquillo .because its been always like a Private Beach and at this moment is what we really need ! Its a front Beach PH apartment with a roof top for dining and relaxing after a sunny day!! I personally take care of the cleaning crew

Its secluded private residence was built in 2004 replicating Danish West Indies architecture of the mid 18th century seen throughout the Territory. Ruins of the windmill and sugar factory are still present. The owners invite guests to enjoy the beauty and peacefulness of this magnificent property while acknowledging respectfully the servitude and suffering of the enslaved people who toiled here 200 yrs ago.

Queda cerca de la autopista pr 53 y 30, a 5 minutos de centro comercial Plaza Palmas Real, walmart, restaurantes de comida rapidas ect. Ubicado en la zona este cerca de playas como seven seas, punta santiago, palmas del mar, bañario Luquillo,el malecon Naguabo ect.
