Come enjoy a stay in the country while still close enough to the city to enjoy the amenities. Welcome to our fully stocked tiny house on 11 wooded acres you will have all to yourself. If seclusion is what you want, this is the place for you. The property sits at the end of a cul-de-sac and the only thing you will see are the animals and birds that wander the property. Sit on the porch and soak in the quiet or walk around and enjoy nature. Stay for a weekend or months, you won't regret it.

Nestled just 1 hour from Dallas, this Lake Tawakoni lakefront retreat sleeps 6 and is perfect for a peaceful escape. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

Have fun with the family at this stylish fully remodeled cottage. Plenty of outdoor areas to hang out by a fire pit or dine outdoors. Sorry, No pets allowed. WIFI, Board games, Washer/Dryer, Kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, pots & pans, plates, and silverware. At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.

Welcome to our cottage. Boasting beautiful sunsets, wide open spaces and even a small pond. Our location has easy access to a major highway. We have backyard chickens, so fresh eggs are always available to you. Inside we have a full kitchen with a gas range, cozy living room and TV, a large office space, and a relaxing bedroom. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The owner is on standby if you have any questions.
