I live right down the road and I am typically available if needed. Highway 36 around the corner offers easy access to Boulder and Denver. Shopping and dining are within a couple of minutes, while a mall with movie theater is about 10 minutes away. Young visitors will love the nearby Broomfield Bay Aquatic Park. Ample parking is available. There's a bus stop basically right outside the door. Downtown Boulder and Denver are both about 20 minutes away. Movie theaters, shopping, breweries, restaurants galore are all within about a 5 minute drive.

This has been exclusively my home for the past 7 years. It still is my home but I recently remolded a private wing for guests and after being in hibernation for a few years, it is back on the market for visitors with a private entrance & completely private quarters. This unit is by far the nicest in the building, one of the nicest in all of Denver. The skyscraper views overlooking Rocky Mountain National Park, the 16 head steam shower, the smart toilet combine to give you Unmatched luxury.

An 1886 Victorian brick mansion, updated with modern convenience & style. This unit is a double master which spans two floors with a master suite downstairs including bath with jetted tub & shower & another master suite upstairs with jetted tub and skylighted shower. There are also two queen sleeper sofas with memory foam mattresses. The two TV's have Netflix subscriptions and a Roku for other shows. Wireless is screaming fast. We welcome all travelers to this large 1928 converted storefront for a fun, unique stay in a great central location! This charming apartment has all the usual amenities plus a few that harken back to some of its past reincarnations. Holdovers include a letter press, a life-sized carousel horse, a metal peacock sculpture, and a golden mirror (that is 8 feet tall and 4-1/2 feet wide). A quirky mix of industrial and glam elements create a moody welcoming environment.
