Short driving distance to local restaurants (less than one mile). Unit has two bedrooms (3 twin mattresses available upon request), one full bath, living room, dining room, and kitchen with full fridge, stove, and microwave. Coffee maker provided with coffee, creamer, and sugar during your stay. Plenty of room to relax!

Our home is located in beautiful neighborhood. We love our view. House has 3 bedrooms ( two bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has two queen beds), also have two futons in living room that can be used as full size beds. This home was remodeled by my husband and me and were constantly adding new ideas to it. however, we do not tolerate any kind of wild parties that include hard liquor or smoking. absolutely no smoking in the house the wood in house will peneteate the smell.

LAKE LOVE quaint 1 bedroom, private entrance

Enjoy easy access to everything in the area from this central home base. On the Eastside of Spartanburg in an established neighborhood on private Lake Hillbrook. Wake up to views of the lake. Beach access and 2 SUP are available but PLEASE ask us before you go on the water- our lake association requires an owner be present when guests are in the water. Enjoy the resort-like getaway right in town. 5 min to shopping, restaurants. Only 10 min to downtown. Unit is pet friendly ($49).

Cozy Cottage in Union, SC

Our cozy cottage is half a mile from Foster Mill Park and only minutes from budding downtown Union. Sitting at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded by trees for privacy, natural light shines through the whole home while offering a place to sit and relax inside or outside. Sofa and smart tv in the den, full kitchen (minus dishwasher) and laundry. The bedroom offers a full bed with storage for clothing & blackout curtains. The bathroom offers a shower with vanity storage.

Just a few minute drive from Tryon and Landrum for dining/ shopping, and plenty to do in the area or just relax and enjoy the beautiful farm!

The Lodge at Pythian Park

Situated in a 3+ acre gated compound surrounded on three sides by Fairforest Creek, our guest house feels like a mountain hideaway yet it's only a 3 minute drive to downtown Spartanburg. Enjoy the private patio overlooking the creek to relax or prepare a meal on the gas grill. Dogs are welcome, and we have 2 very social dogs that you will probably encounter during your stay. There's ample parking for vehicles and room to roam and enjoy the park-like setting.

Platts' Place Retro Retreat

The guest suite is located on the first floor of a two-story subdivision home. The suite is separated from the rest of the home by a locked door (both sides are locked.) The private guest entrance is at the back of the home. People live here though, so plan on a little noise transfer from the street and home. Parking is on site. The space is pet free, but guests are welcome to visit our pets if they need to cuddle some fur babies.
