There is a gradual grade to get down to the water with a complete concrete walkway. No more than 3 cars allowed due to limited parking w/ the shared driveway.

With the cove being so quiet it is great for swimming, using the peddle boat or the two kayaks provided with the home. Pool and Hot tub are seasonal, so ask if they are open. 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo, Sleeps 8 with a Sleeper Sofa. No boat slip included, but Waterside Marina has overnight slips that can be rented. Waterside Does not allow us to keep boats or trailers on the property unless you rent a slip from the marina, but they have their own designated parking.Two Bedroom, Two bath, Sleeper Sofa, (sleeps 8) Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Washer Dryer.

We are conveniently located off Highway 11, providing easy access to: Downtown Knoxville (25mins) Sevierville (45mins) Cherokee Dam (30 mins) Big Ridge State Park (35 mins) The Loft is an old cattle barn we have renovated to create an amazing rustic getaway. It offers a spacious front porch, a small kitchenett, and a full bathroom with a hot shower!
