Kiamboni, meaning village in Swahili, provides you with an insight into the authentic Nungwi. We offer you the chance to connect with the original village way of life: where the inhabitants lived and breathed; worked and played and traded by the sea, is a 2 bedroom house that has not compromised on comfort. It is ideal for couples, a small family or group of friends. We warmly invite you to come and stay in this community and experience the precious, and often overlooked, Nungwi way of life.

Magnolia Villa ,Beachfront Villa -Matemwe Zanzibar

Our compound is located right on the beach with a 4 bedroomed villa at the front and a separate 1 bedroom villa at the back which is rented separately . Our views are world class, postcard perfect with views of the Indian Ocean and the  coral reef around the Mnemba Island.The beach is very safe day and night . There are several Boutique hotels with bars and restaurants within walking distance of the villa. The villa has a lovely homely feel and the place is ideal for couples or families.

Bwejuu Beach Duplex Bungalow

This stunning duplex bungalow is located in the serene village of Bwejuu, directly on the beach. The house has a spacious ground floor with living space, cosy sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The top floor hosts a comfortable bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two balconies. The front balcony has breathtaking ocean views! Come stay in this spacious house and enjoy the quietness of the village directly on the ocean! Solar system is available during island-wide power outages.
