Guests has the option between King and single beds in the bedrooms. 3 People can sleep in the first room, 2 in the second room and the other single bed is in the open plan lounge/dining area. The house offers a hot-tub/jacuzzi. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need including a dishwasher. On the veranda you will find outdoor lounge chairs, a second dining area, jacuzzi and barbecue facilities.

Hannic's Place is located in a complex which has a nature reserve on its boundary. Umtentweni blue flag beach is within walking distance (1 km), which has a safe natural "granny pool" as well as the surf. Family friendly activities near by include, country golf club approximately 1 km away, Port Shepstone Oribi Plaza shopping center (5km), Shelly Beach Mall and South Coast Mall (15 km) , movies, various walks, nature and Oribi Gorge visits.

No.2 Guestroom at Royston Hall Guest House is the coziest ground floor suite on the property and unique, as it has a small deck for two looking inland into the forest. It has an Aircon, Bar fridge and Microwave oven and a TV for your convenience. Orchids bloom in the trees and a myriad of birds visit the feeder on the lawn next to the deck.
