During the renovation, we paid attention to details that emphasise the Istrian stone construction. Casa Luce izolirana je kućica s privatnim dvorištem i bazenom. Opustite se daleko od žamora i znatiželjnih očiju u centru Istre. Uživajte u miru i tišini, okruženi prirodom i zelenilom. Kuća je smještena u selu Karnevali, najbliži grad Žminj udaljen je manje od 10 minuta vožnje, dok će vam do najbliže plaže trebati oko 30 minuta autom. Ujutro će vas buditi kukurikanje pijetla, a tijekom dana možete sresti koze, krave i magarce koji će vas pozdraviti s druge strane ograde.

Bolara 60, the Kućica: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.

Hiša se nahaja na podeželju, v mirnem in prijetnem okolju. Pred njo je prostorna terasa. Ima veliko predsobo, dve spalnici, dve kopalnici, jedilnico s kuhinjo ter manjšo sobo s TV, ki tudi lahko služi kot spalnica. V kuhinji je štedilnik, hladilnik z zmrzovalnikom in mikrovalovna pečica. Na voljo je brezplačna Wi-Fi povezava. V kopalnici je na voljo pralni stroj, pa tudi likalnik. Pred hišo je veliko dvorišče, z možnostjo brezplačnega parkiranja.
