Adventure, stunning views, silence and the elements, our cosy, romantic Bedstee has an intimate and nostalgic rustic feel. Created with love and attention to detail, we wish that you will experience a unique stay in a wonderful little crofting township. Dogs on leads are very welcome.

Centrally located modern flat in Ullapool

A modern self contained flat in the centre of the village of Ullapool. Newly built in 2020 it is over a double garage at the rear of the owner's house. Own private stairs and entrance and folding door open from the open plan sitting room and kitchen to a glass fronted balcony. One double bedroom with en suite shower room. All electric. Colour TV, Wifi and shared private parking area. Very central for all the amenities of this pretty fishing village which are within within a few minutes walk.

Charming Eco friendly Highland Bothy - sleeps two.

Stay in this charming unique highland bothy nestled amidst idyllic woodland overlooking Loch Broom and the mountains beyond. Inside the bothy there is an easy to light wood burning stove , a kitchen area with hot and cold water and gas burner for cooking and traditional style highland box beds with interior lighting. There is a long deep window seat where you can sit to watch birds feeding outside or to enjoy the lovely view. Tor Bothy is low impact sitting in 7 acres of re- wilded land.

The Byre is located in the farmhouse steading of Kirkton of Assynt, Inchnadamph, on the North Coast 500. Inchnadamph is renowned for its beauty, geology, wildlife, fishing, historical sites, walking and caving but is equally suited to those looking for a family holiday or quick break. Enjoy the peace and quiet with views of Conival, Quinag and Canisp at the head of Loch Assynt where the deer regularly graze a few feet away. Lochinver is 13 miles away and the nearest sandy beach 15 miles.

Tree Hoose's open plan accommodation, comprises 1nr kingsize bed + 1nr single bed transformed from our beautiful crafted elm window bench seat, with underfloor heating throughout supplemented by a woodburner for an irresistibly 'toasty' evening.

'The Steading’ is a barn cabin on a working farm with wood burning stove set near the North Coast 500 route. Enjoy the peace of the Highlands while painting, writing, yoga, walking and cycling or simply relaxing in front of the fire with a cup of tea. NO SHOWER / NO HOT running water. Sanitizer and hand soap provided. Take your own bedding or very basic bedding provided. No phone signal/WiFi. Sleeps 2 only from the same household, or families allowed please message before booking.

Top floor apartment with stunning sea views

The Bens Apartment is perfectly situated for travellers on the NC 500 or those who just want to explore what the North West Highlands has to offer. Mountains to view and climb, beaches to enjoy, and some truly awesome sunsets to capture. You will have a king-sized bedroom, a comfortable lounge, shower room, and WC. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, air fryer, kettle, and toaster. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO COOKER/STOVE. A welcome pack with some breakfast items is provided.

Per Mare Per Terram is a cosy cabin that boasts breath taking views of Loch Broom and the surrounding Munros. Standing alone at the top of Braes in Ullapool it has a wonderful cosy feeling when wrapped up inside, offering out of the way tranquillity whilst still being able to enjoy the amazing scenery no matter what the weather conditions. The cabin is equipped with a fridge, microwave,kettle, toaster and excellent wi-fi. It also has a shower room and modern composting toilet.

Kylesku Kabin has been fully renovated by acclaimed architect Helen Lucas and is owned by the previous owners of the nationally recognised multi-award winning Kylesku Hotel, which is within walking distance. The property features a luxurious spa bathroom, including steam room and inspirational open plan living space, designer kitchen and garden.

Lochview Self Catering Apartment

Loch View Self-catering apartment is set in an elevated position on the Braes of Ullapool with uninterrupted views of Loch Broom. This fully equipped apartment comprises a double bedroom and a living room / kitchen with patio doors leading to a private decking area with outstanding views. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area away from the busy main road and offers comfortable access to the village of Ullapool with its many facilities.

The East Wing

This is a self-contained annex that is ideal for a couple but it is not suitable for children of any age. Guests have access to a kitchen with a range of facilities, with seating area. Although open-plan, there is a separate area for sitting and relaxing. The property has off-street parking and has its own private entrance. The East Wing is within easy walking distance to all amenities in the village and only 3 streets back from the shore.

Traditional mid-19th century detached crofter's cottage in the village of Inverasdale overlooking Loch Ewe, refurbished to provide mod cons whilst retaining its rustic character. Set in 6 acres of enclosed, partially wooded croft land with panoramic mountain views & pedestrian access to loch. Huge sandy beaches 5 mins away by car. Sleeps up to 5 in 3 bedrooms. Children & up to 2 well-behaved pets welcome.
