My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Luminosa casa progettata da un architetto, ai margini del paese (10 minuti di auto da negozi, ristoranti e spiagge), in un anfiteatro di montagne con vista sul mare. Piano terra: soggiorno/sala da pranzo, cucina aperta e camera doppia su un unico livello Bagno con doccia e sauna. Terrazze con doccia esterna. Soppalco con camera da letto con letto king size e camera da letto con due letti singoli da 90 cm comunicanti. Su una terrazza, camera da letto con letto da 140 cm e bagno con doccia.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

Located next to the mountains with beautiful hiking paths Only 20 minutes to Leonidio for amazing climbing Lots of Tourist attraction in the area. Just relaxing on one of the terraces with a glass of wine and a book is also a great option (or in the hammock :-)) Or just keep looking at that amazing view!
