Short stroll to coffee shops, restaurants and more. Walk or ride bikes (2 provided) almost everywhere. Quick drive to Capitola, Boardwalk & downtown Santa Cruz. Great location.We are conveniently a 10-15 minute walk to the Hook and Pleasure Point surf breaks.And in the other direction you have a 15 minute walk down to the adorably charming Capitola village and very lovely beach.There you'll find quaint boutique shops and many restaurants/bar choices along the beach esplanade. With in a 5 minute walk you'll find New Leaf market,Whole foods, Penny's ice cream,and 6 other restaurant's.

Your suite entrance is behind a locked combination entry gate and door and is attached to the main house on the first floor, which shares a small wall that's been upgraded to ensure complete privacy. There is no living space above your suite.

While attached to the main house (yes, you will probably hear us from time to time🤓), it is completely private, locked off, space that is an ideal base for exploring and enjoying all that Santa Cruz offers. Our perfect escape for two is 3/4 mile from the S.C. Harbor and centrally located between Capitola and downtown Santa Cruz.
