Central Richmond Living in a Victorian Apartment

The apartment is on the first floor (UK 'first floor' meaning it's above the ground-level floor) of a three story house on a very quiet street but only a few minutes walk into the heart of Richmond. Guests can utilize the entire apartment and the contents. I am happy to interface directly with my guests, or I am happy to do it remotely. I live in Richmond, so I can also be on hand if needed. The apartment is an easy five-minute walk from Richmond Centre. A mix of high-class boutiques and brand-name stores are found next to cafes, tea houses, gastropubs, bars, and award-winning restaurants. Transport links connect to central London. All services are safe, clean and efficient. Richmond Station is only a few minutes walk away (where taxis are always available), and provides three services: the traditional London Underground (25 – 30 mins into the centre), The London Overground (25 mins to North London / Hampstead), and regular train services either into Waterloo (20 mins) or out of London to wherever you wish to go! There are buses going south towards Kingston, and north towards Kew Gardens. The 391 and the 65 bus routes will take you smack through the centre of Richmond and Kew all the way across Kew Bridge to Chiswick and beyond. If you are in the mood for a stroll, Richmond Park is 10 minutes walk away and the river is also about 10 minutes - great for a wander along in summer while sampling the pubs and bars. Richmond bridge takes you across to the charming St Margaret's area. The neighbours in the apartments below and above are very nice folks, so please do be mindful of them, particularly late at night when going in and out of the apartment!

Our TW2 Apartment is located at The Old Gas Works Converted 8 years ago, the second floor apartment has a secure gate and a lift for easy access and a staircase. 1 parking space and Bike Store High ceilings in the living area and stylish and contemporary furnishings. Free WIFI, has a double bed and a double sofa bed ( can sleep 4 guests) All lining and towels are provided. A fully Equipped Kitchen. The Apartment is 5 minute walk to Twickenham Green with great bus links. Stadium 25 minute walk

A unique self-contained flat with panoramic views over the Thames at Hampton Court, suitable for a couple or single and available for longer lets of up to one month. Situated on the upper deck of a modern floating home, with all mod cons as standard, the flat has a spacious living room / kitchen, together with compact bedroom and en-suite bathroom, and is accessed via its own stair-case. The island where the houseboat is moored is easily accessible via its own road bridge, with safe parking.

Plenty of space for 6 people to enjoy a retreat in gorgeous Petersham. Our home is comfy enough to you spend your time inside, but the location is also blessed to be surrounded with multiple options if you prefer to be outside. We have a back garden with furniture or you could walk/cycle to nearby gems: Ham House & Gardens, Ham Polo Club, Petersham Nurseries, River Thames / Hammerton's Ferry over to the Rugby in Twickenham. Free parking. Frequent buses into Richmond or Kingston nearby.

Stylishly designed, safe, warm and quiet studio apartment, on leafy side street. 5 minutes walk from Twickenham station (23 mins to central London); 15 mins walk to Twickenham Rugby Stadium. Parks, Richmond, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, nearby. The flat has a brand new kitchenette, bathroom and oak floor. New heating has been installed and a hotel style bed and linen will mean that you'll be super comfortable. It’s part of our house but has its own keypad operated door.

A modern two bedroom top floor apartment, situated on a quiet tree lined street in the heart of Twickenham, within close proximity of the railway station which offers fast trains (20 min) to central London (Waterloo). A short walk to the rugby stadium and the village of St Margaret's, ca. 30 min drive from London Heathrow (without traffic). Comprising of a total size of approx. 65 sqm, it offers two double bedrooms, shower room and a spacious open plan kitchen/ living area.

This small but lovely (if I may say so myself) flat has a fab location. You cross the road and you are in a delightful Marble Hill Park. 5 mins walk away from St Margaret’s train Station. 10 seconds away from bus stops that will take you directly to Heathrow or to Richmond Station. Or to Hampton Court :) You cross the road, then Marble Hill Park and within 5 mins, you can enjoy a walk along the river Thames. And the iconic Richmond Park is only 30 minutes away. No TV.

Beautiful self contained 1 bedroom cottage in the grounds of one of Thames Ditton’s oldest properties. Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court, Surbiton, and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.

Eel Pie Retreat

This stylish flat has an appeal all its own. Located in the middle of the Thames, Eel Pie Island, Twickenham, is a relaxed private island only accessible by footbridge. An epicentre of British rock ’n’ roll in the 60s, bands such as The Who, Rolling Stones and Pink Floyd played some of their first gigs; it is now a much more tranquil place, home to numerous artist studios. This luxury private flat in a converted boatyard is hard to believe until you enter.

Situated in a quiet cul de sac, Burnside Close, our guest annex with driveway parking is accessed from the rear via our side gate, (Keys obtained from adjacent key safe). Guests can enjoy shared use of back garden. Twickenham Stadium is less than 10 minutes walk away. Central London is just 25 mins away by express train from Twickenham station, (13 mins walk). Asda supermarket with an ATM is just 5 mins walk away at Ivybridge Retail Park.
