Das Haus ist ein NICHT-Rauscher-Haus. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, aber nur 7 Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Srebrenik entfernt. Der 32m2 große Pool und alle Terrassen, in der Sonne oder im Schatten, laden zum Schwimmen und Entspannen ein. Eine separate Sauna im Ferienhaus kann zusätzlich gemietet werden.
