Welcome to The River House. Nestled along the Sturgeon River close to the heart of Indian River. This custom designed house features an open studio floor plan, with a queen bed and fold out sofa available. There is a full gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops and a view of the river while cooking. Enjoy your time outside on the deck overlooking the river. In the summer months tubers and kayakers float down the river past the house regularly. Downtown Indian River is just a short distance.

Snowmobile trail entrance .25 mile Within 30 minutes to everything Northern Michigan!! Beautiful cabin located at Reed's on the River Resort on the beautiful Sturgeon River. Built in the 1940's. Remodeled in 2024. Private bedroom w/full bath, second bathroom, kitchen, & stone fireplace. Second queen size bed full size futon round out the living room space. The cabin The Sturgeon River is well known tubing, kayaking and fishing . We will be available for any needs. We are very pet friendly but a pet policy and a pet fee. We charge $25/night, per pet, with a maximum fee of $250

Enjoy the private setting with full amenities and nearby to Petoskey, Nubs Nob, Gaylord, Boyne Highland and the Mackinaw Bridge (25-30 mins).

Summer in Northern Michigan is all about fresh air, lake days, golden evenings, small-town exploring, and slow mornings with coffee and birdwatching. Our peaceful Petoskey/Alanson-area retreat is a comfy home base for hiking, biking, and fishing/ kayaking—and also for shopping, dining, and scenic drives. Come home each evening to relax under a starlight canopy and s'mores at the fire pit. We’re booked for much of the season, but cancellations happen—and it’s never too early to plan ahead!

Burt Lake Waterfront Hideaway

Enjoy beautiful lake front northern MI, close to many "Tip of the Mitt" towns, trails, activities while enjoying beautiful Burt Lake, including our sunsets. Our guest house is on the second floor of our detached garage. It is at the end of a quiet road and is located off I-75 (exit 310 and 313), 3 miles from town, but 30-40 minutes from many other towns. Kayaks, small grill, camp fires on windless nights. No pets. Close launches for boat launching. Space to park boat/trailer on land.

Inland Waterway Rental

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. A boat dock is available for docking your boat in the canal of the Indian River allowing you to cruise the River and reach Mullett or Burt lakes within minutes. This location is a beautiful, private setting with tons of outdoor living space to enjoy northern Michigan. You will be within walking distance to downtown Indian River where you can enjoy shopping, dining and some night life.

The Hummingbird House

Kick back and relax in this calm, serene space. Enjoy the views all year round; our back 'up north' room provides a peaceful nature setting for you to enjoy. A perfect location for all outdoor activities, our house is located just 0.2 miles from Indian River Marina with access to both Burt and Mullett Lakes. There is a snowmobiling/walking trail in the backyard. Go on a short walk to downtown Indian River for ice cream and shopping. It's a perfect Up North location!

The Apple House is an updated and furnished 1928, 1100 sq ft cottage. It is in a private wooded location on 15 acres, set 500 ft off the road. The space is light and airy with ceiling fans and has central heat and air for your comfort. Enjoy the pastoral view from the sunroom, cook in the well equipped kitchen, and enjoy your beverages from the wine fridge. There is a 55" Smart TV with a Xumo streaming device with Spectum TV and WiFi.
