Kuća za odmor 'Franc Holiday House' nalazi se mirnoj ulici u Lopatincu (Međimurje). Kuća ima privatni wellness prostor sa hidromasažnom kadom, saunom i zvjezdanim nebom. Gostima je na rasploganju prostrana terasa sa vanjskom kuhinjom i roštiljom. Vlasnici električnih automobila mogu besplatno napuniti svoje vozilo na punjaču koji se nalazi uz kuću. Sve prostorije u kući su opremljene klima uređajima za hlađenje i grijanje kao i podnim grijanjem. Parking je besplatan i također se nalazi uz kuću.

Kućica se nalazi u središnjem dijelu gornjeg Međimurja, 15 km od Čakovca, 3 km od LifeClass terma Sveti Martin, na biciklističkoj ruti. Kuća kapaciteta 4+1 osoba sastoji se od dvije odvojene spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka, kuhinje sa blagovaonom i kupaonicom. U sklopu Kućice je velika terasa s pogledom na netaknutu prirodu. Kućica je opremljena sa svim potrebnim kuhinjskim priborom, caffe aparatom, mikrovalnom pećnicom, perilicom suđa i veša. Dostupan je besplatan WiFi i veliki parking za aute.

Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.
