It is within easy walking distance of the rail station and intercity bus stop. A parking space is adjacent to the house. It is accessed through the main gates of Heath Park which lead to a stone gateway and small hard landscaped area.

Cochill burn bothy, Perthshire.

The bothy is part of an old stone building, it's compact, cosy and recently renovated. Nestled in woodland by Cochill burn, it offers a rural setting with ample oppurtunity for spotting our resident red squirrels. It sits close to our house, but with it's own access and small garden. It is centrally placed to access Perthshire and it's many oppurtunities for outdoor activities, between the attractive historic town of Dunkeld and market town of Aberfeldy both at 8 miles away.
