Our well decorated space offers 2 spacious bedrooms & cozy, boutique lounge & dining areas. Dad/Steve resides upstairs, our guest entrance & space is separate & private & includes your own parking

Havelock North Studio Unit

Newly built studio sits at the back of our section. It has been completed to a very high standard with new everything. It can accommodate 2 adults very comfortably, but you have the option of the double sofa bed with spring mattress and foam top for a couple of kids if you are all happy to be slightly tighter. The kitchenette has a full sized fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and electric hot plate. A weber BBQ is available on request. Heat pump, Wifi, Smart TV and Infinity complete the picture

Rustic beachfront bach

Comfortable, homely beach bach overlooking the ocean. The space has two bedrooms and open plan living area and kitchen. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS AND PILLOWCASES. Duvets, blankets, pillows and towels provided. The undercover deck is the perfect place to relax and watch the waves. There is WIFI and a TV screen that has an HDMI port, or can be connected to Chromecast (no TV satellite). Tea and coffee (no milk). There isn't a shop at Ocean Beach but Havelock North is just a 20 minute drive away.

A beautiful little studio in the magical Tuki Tuki valley. Incredibly peaceful and in a very scenic location looking over a small vineyard to the river. Handy to Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. A perfect location from which to enjoy Hawke’s Bay events. The studio has a small kitchenette but no cooking facilities. Bbq available. Perfect for short stays. A short drive to the cycle ways, wineries, trout fishing and beaches. Breakfast for $25 per person may be available on request.

Aslantis - a stunning beach front oasis.

Aslantis Beach House marries Art Deco and Spanish Mission architecture with inspiring ocean views, fabulous front gardens and a wonderful Mediterranean style courtyard . A 1 to 2 minute walk and you'll have access to a well stocked 4 square dairy, takeaway and pub (including pizzas) A 15 minute drive and you'll be in Hastings. Havelock North or Napier, one of the Art Deco capitals of the world. Aslantis Beach House is a great getaway for couples and business travellers.

Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it is a15-minute walk to the village and too great Restaurants and shopping. This three-bedroom open Plan living home has two deck areas to relax with a glass of wine with views to the ranges from the main deck or relax in the Spa on the rear deck. The house has a fully equipped Kitchen and a BBQ on the front deck. The Master bedroom has a Super comfortable King bed with quality Linen and a fully tiled ensuite with dual vanity.

Wai iti Cottage in the Te Mata Wine Area

Our Cottage has been renovated to accommodate travellers. It is warm and cosy in the winter and with a large living space in which to relax. The cottage is in the centre of the Te Mata wine region, close to wineries including Black Barn, Craggy Range and the Te Mata Estate. It is a 5 minute drive to the centre of Havelock North, a thriving cafe and easy shopping centre. Wai iti Cottage is a good walk/bike ride from the concert venue and market at Black Barn Winery.

The Village Villa combines old style charm with modern amenities. Put your keys in the drawer and take a 2 minute stroll into the Village with it's fabulous shopping and vibrant cafes. Sitting high on the Havelock North hills with spectacukar views overlooking vineyards and the iconic Tuki Tuki River to Napier, the sea and beyond, Highcliff and Edgecliff occupy one of the prime positions in Hawkes Bay. The two dwellings can be individually booked for totally separate groups or couples, while large groups find the relatively close proximity of the two, very user-friendly.
