A 3 min drive to the beach/Tugun Village, 8 min drive to GC airport, 9 min walk to John Flynn Hospital.

Well appointed air-conditioned studio is 2 mins drive from the heart of Palm Beach, halfway between the beautiful Tallebudgera and Currumbin Creek. Approximately 10 mins walk to the beach. Well behaved small pet under 10kgs allowed. This property is good for solo travellers or couples with a sofa bed which is suitable for children under 10. It has a private door entrance along our outdoor walkway & a sliding door that leads to our outdoor patio/courtyard. We are happy for guests to use this area, but it is the space between our house & your studio so may be shared at times. It has all you need for a short stay on the Gold Coast!
