Our Rancho Vistoso patio overlooks a greenbelt which has become a wildlife refuge. The patio offers dining and lounging, with the Amazing Mountain and Desert Sunset views. The Vistoso Casitas resort-like amenities include six miles of paved paths, a heated community pool/spa, Ramada with BBQ grills, exercise facility and clubhouse. We have spent hours biking throughout Oro Valley’s many miles of safe and scenic biking routes and hiking challenging mountain trails at nearby Catalina State Park.

Comfortable and cozy. Swimming pool (not a heated pool). We do not allow parties to take place in our home. Work desk available in dining room area. TV in living room and one in the master bedroom. TV's are set up for those who have access to Netflix, Roku, etc. No local TV channels are available. Free WI-FI. Beds are comfortable. Within 2 miles of restaurants and shopping area with brand name stores. Near Texas Roadhouse, Cracker Barrel, and other eating places. Recently remodeled.

The Guesthouse has high ceilings, ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, full kitchen, covered patio, enjoy both the outdoor and indoor spaciousness. Stunning mountain and sunset views. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. If you love nature this casita is just for you. Located 15 minutes from downtown and only a few minutes from stunning hiking and mountain biking trails in the National Park. The property is very much like a botanical garden with fruit trees filling up the back and a wide variety of succulents filling the front. The casita has its own private porch while the property shares two large communal patios with outdoor dining and a fire pit.
