This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Don't rent this if you don't want peace and quiet.Close your eyes and imagine: authentic old village, only few people living, stone houses, sound of crickets, intact nature, view on Adriatic sea and islands,Biokovo mountain, pine and olive trees, meditereanean feel. We filled house with warmth and positive energy, but we don't have pool or jacuzzi, we have something better-Adriatic sea, only 2 km away. House is located above Baska Voda-2min by car,on feet of Biokovo mountain with amazing view.

It is situated about 500m from the sea (airline distance). The house consists of 2 double bed rooms, a living room (with TV), a kitchen and a bathroom-on 1st floor and 2 double bed rooms (with TV), a bathroom and a small kitchen - on 2nd floor.
