On the ground floor there are dining room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Vere district is one of the most prestigious, old and authentic parts of the city.

Open plan kitchen and living area, upstairs bedrooms, and large outdoor veranda make it ideal for a family or couples. Our house is conveniently located in the very center of the city. Five minutes walk to Rustaveli Avenue (main street with museums and cafes) and the metro. Two minutes walk to the Old City, the touristic center of Tbilisi. One minute walk to a large Carrefour supermarket.

Ateshgah Residence, Old Tbilisi

Ateshgah Residence is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi district Kldis Ubani on the top of a steep street behind 5th century Zoroastrian temple Ateshgah. As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.

The interior of the house is in an authentic Georgian style, following steps of our ancestor who was a painter as well.In a pergola outside you will be able to chill out tasting our family made wine from our eco clean vineyards. House is perfect for big groups and for nice family trips.

The house is located at one of the oldest districts of Tbilisi and is listed in cultural/historical heritage monuments’ protection. It’s situated just for 10 minutes walk to the Freedom square and old town, such as Sulphur bathes and Narikala Castle. Besides sightseeing, in the heart of Capital, You can even enjoy the fresh air at the Botanical Garden and Funicular (Mtatsminda). The meals are also available nearby, - different cafes, restaurants with the 24-hour supermarkets.
