Bedroom 1- Kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, chest of drawers and hanging rail. Bedroom 2- Double bed, chest of drawers and coat hooks. Living room- TV with Amazon Firestick, Netflix. Large DVD collection and DVD player. 2 x comfy sofas. Dining table with benches to seat 4. Kitchen- very well equipped for those who love to cook. Microwave, Dualit toaster and kettle, gas cooker, oven, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine including coffee pods. Bathroom- with bath and shower over bath. The apartment is accessed by its own staircase. The parking space is right next to the apartment. I am a Cambridge local and happy to share my knowledge if you need any tips, recommendations or advice. I am a new host and keen to make sure my guests have the best stay possible! Please get in touch if you encounter any problems and I will do my best to rectify them as soon as possible. Located in the lively Hills Road neighborhood, the apartment just across the street from the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens. The historic city center, home to the city’s most famous landmarks, is also within easy walking distance. Buses run regularly and stop on Hills road. The train station is 5 mins walk away. Most places of interest are easily walked to or cycled to. Parking for 1 car is provided. There is short stay pay and display parking for additional vehicles near by but it may be difficult to park a second car for longer periods.

The Pod is a completely independent first floor apartment accessed via its own courtyard entrance the ground level. Not suitable for disabled access. We respect your privacy. We will greet you on arrival but will leave you to enjoy your stay. We run the Architectural and Interior Design showroom on the ground floor. Hop on a bus to Fen Drayton’s famous nature reserve and visit the myriad of historic and picturesque villages in the the area. St Ives sits on the river Ouse with a pretty quayside and excellent independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. There is a carpark directly opposite the pod. We are a 2 minute walk to the river and shops of St.Ives. It is just a ten minute walk to St Ives’s famous ‘Guided Busway’, where regular buses will whizz you into Central Cambridge in less than 40 minutes

The Studio at Pirton Court

In the grounds of Pirton Court within an AONB, and with alpacas, miniature pigs and chickens in the nearby paddock, the Studio at Pirton Court, is a gem. Overlooking the wonderful countryside of Hertfordshire yet within a short walk of two Public Houses, a local shop and Post Office. The accommodation is furnished to a very high standard, with modern amenities including a well equipped kitchen and wet room with WC. Icknield Way and the Chiltern Cycleway can be accessed adjacent to Pirton Court.

Artist Studio

Minutes walk from the station and city centre - this self-contained, Artist's Studio has a sleep/dining/work area and a mezzanine sleeping space and is full of light. Anyone is welcome to stay here - you don't have to be an artist - whether you are in business, an academic, sightseer, musician, 2 individuals or a couple - everyone likes the tranquil environment and the easy access to Cambridge and the lively Mill Road. NOTE. Not for small children and some with mobility issues - check photos.

The Shieling, Fulbourn

This new luxury self-catering, one bedroom apartment provides a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. It is finished to a very high standard with its own private access, private patio area and views of our large garden. It adjoins our family home in the quiet village of Fulbourn, outside Cambridge. It is ideally located for visits to Cambridge, Addenbrooke's, Newmarket etc. Please note we are not within walking distance of Cambridge but it is easily accessible by car, taxi, Uber or bike!

A well presented and spacious 1 bedroom ground floor apartment on a private, modern development. Situated just a 5 minute walk to the train station with direct lines to Cambridge & London Kings Cross, and a mere 10 minute walk to Royston’s historic town centre and supermarkets. A designated parking space is provided directly outside the property. We are usually able to accommodate early check in/late check out at an additional cost of £5 per hour, just pop us a message :)

Cozy studio near train station

The studio is located 12 minutes walking distance from the main Cambridge train station. On a short 10 min walk is Mill Road where you can find grocery shops, a laundrette, a pharmacy, coffee shops and restaurants. The studio is fully furnished and it includes a variety of appliances necessary for both short and long-term stays. There is free street parking on weekends (from Friday 2PM till Monday 10AM) and free street parking 5 min walking from the studio during the week.

THE PANTRY at CHISHILL HALL

SELF CATERING set in the grounds of a beautiful Georgian farmhouse in a secluded walled garden. This 500 acre working farm is on the edge of the village of Great Chishill. We are on the B1039 midway between Royston and Saffron Walden, ideal for Stansted Airport and the Cambridge/Liverpool Street and Cambridge/Kings Cross train lines with Royston and Audley End Stations both being just 5 miles away. Cambridge 'Park & Ride' is a 20 minute drive.

Fig Tree Apartment Milton (Free Parking)

Our Modern, Bright, Spacious Self Contained Studio Apartment in Milton is ideally situated in a quiet village location. Close to the Science and Business Parks, Cambridge North Railway Station, A14 and A10. Cambridge City Centre is approx 2.5 miles away. We are situated on a no through road. Fully fitted modern kitchen including oven, induction hob, fridge, microwave. Kingsize bed, sofa and dining table/desk, tv with freeview. Shower room.

Luxury Apartment (B) in Duxford

Enter this timeless and elegant church, constructed in 1794 and located in the picturesque village of Duxford, just a stone's throw from the lively city centre of Cambridge. This Grade II listed church has been thoughtfully transformed into two boutique mezzanine one-bedroom apartments, preserving the building's graceful original features. The church's conversion was showcased on the BBC One program 'Homes Under the Hammer'.

This Cambridge city garden studio is a stylish architect designed space attached to the rear of the owner's house. The Studio is very quiet and self contained with its own separate entrance. This fully furnished modern contemporary west facing space is sunny and warm, fully double glazed and overlooks the main house garden. We have fast WIFI (minimum 250mb) so work form here is no problem.
