Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

A unique period white stone cottage with secure off-street parking and fast WiFi, everything you need for a 2 in 1 relaxing stay - City break : a 5 min walk to the historic town centre and 10 mins by train to the World Heritage City of Bath. And the Country : moments from the peaceful K&A canal, river Avon, medieval tithe barn, atmospheric traditional pubs, quaint cafes and excellent restaurants. The pretty villages of Lacock & Castle Combe and Cumberwell Park Golf course are in easy reach.

A lovely private annex in a village location, 1 bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with walk in shower, living room/kitchenette with single electric hot plate stove, fridge, microwave, smart Tv/free sat: complimentary tea/coffee-cornflakes with either porridge or muesli.There is a small patio and parking for 1 car. Honeybee Cottage • Panoramic Views & Near Bath

This cosy, characterful cottage is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a delightful country getaway. Honeybee cottage is within walking distance of a train station, shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and beautiful countryside walks. A fantastic base to explore Bradford-on-Avon, the city of Bath and its historic surrounding areas such as Wells and the Cotswolds.

The Chapel - self contained Annex, Rudge Somerset

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

The West Wing

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

Granby Cottage is a spacious, air-conditioned two-bedroom bungalow set within the grounds of a private country house estate. It is dog-friendly and features an enclosed private garden with your own patio & BBQ. For our four-legged guests, be sure to book one of our fantastic dog playfields on site. Despite the peaceful rural setting, convenience is close by: • 2 min drive to a major supermarket • 12 min train journey to Bath A perfect blend of countryside calm and city access.

A great base for cycling/ walking/ exploring Wiltshire.
