Beautiful House: Quiet with all amenities on deep water with pool. 12 minutes from Jax Airport, 5 min from Zoo and 10 min from Cruise Ports. Jax Beaches are just a short beautiful drive. Downtown, Stadium, Arena etc. 10 min Lounge on the deck or sit pool side while watching the sunrise/ sunset. Bring your kayaks and paddle across the river to the zoo, or find sharks teeth on the river islands. Fish off the dock and catch some of Florida's best: Reds, Trout, Flounder, Snapper, Blue Crabs.

Tired of taking out the trash, and stripping the bed at most Airbnbs? Our quiet and cozy suite is centrally located in the historic Springfield district, next to downtown Jacksonville. This unit is furnished with a queen bed, a queen pull-out sofa bed, and an amazing La-Z-Boy recliner perfect for naps. The bathroom is updated, with excellent water pressure. And, the front porch is exclusive for our guests. There is a stocked Keurig, as well as a refrigerator and microwave, but no kitchen.

Enjoy all the comforts of home in this remodeled guesthouse. Features keyless entry for easy self check-in, mini kitchenette with one-burner induction cooktop, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, utensils, and cookware. Free Wi-Fi, 43" Smart TV, linens, full-size bed in the sleeping area with a private deck off the back sitting high amongst the trees. Enjoy a stylish experience at this brand new renovated suite in the heart of Riverside. You will find everything you need in our cozy and private studio. The space includes small kitchen with mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Within walking distance to many restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and the best bike rental shop in town. We are centrally located to walk to Historic Five Points, King Street, or the St John’s waterfront and a short drive to San Marco & Downtown.

Large 1 bedroom Cottage with full kitchen

This is a full size one bedroom house with full brand new kitchen and private entrance. The entire place was renovated late 2021. A king size bed (inc tv) awaits you and a twin sized sofa bed for one adult or two kids. The kitchen has a full sized brand new oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge and is stocked with utensils etc so you can easily make full meals or stay for an extended time. There's one free off-street parking spot available and plentiful free street parking.

Located in Avondale, Jacksonvilles historic district, this Garage Studio offers everything one needs for a getaway or a business trip. Walking distance to the Shoppes of Avondale. There are multiple restaurants/bars/outdoor cafe dining all within walking distance in either direction. The 2nd story garage apartment offers a balcony with views into Boone Park. Fully renovated in 2021 offering a full kitchen and bathroom. You have a private parking space as well.

Historic & Modest Apartment 6.0

Entire apartment located in Historic Springfield. The apartment is warm and inviting with burgundy walls, a library sofa and tulip oval table The bedroom has a queen size bed. On 3rd floor, no elevator. Be sure to read the house rules and neighborhood description so that there are no surprises after your reservation is confirmed. Ring cameras monitor all the entrances and are motion activated.

Hosts live on-site, in the main house beside the barn. Located on a small pecan orchard, our barn was built to be a place of rest and creativity for our family and friends. One of our favorite things about where we live is being able to enjoy the open space of the country while being close to the vibrant city of Jacksonville and the beautiful beaches.
