Bright and spacious, sleeps 4 and has a well-equipped kitchen for cosy cooking together. 1 min to the beach and 5 min to golf. Perfect for summer outdoor living or cosy winter days by the fire. Embrace simple seaside life—read, write, draw, swim or walk. Watch rabbits, squirrels, birds, and deer wander by. This is a house to relax in. Close to popular eatery Pärlan.

Beautiful farmhouse 6 min from the beach

Lovely traditional farmhouse from 1850. The house is approx 130 m2 with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, small kitchen and a big livingroom with a kitchen island and fireplace. The guesthouse has a separate entrence, garden and bbq-facilities. You will also have access to plenty of social areas (shared) such as our beautiful enclosed garden, the newly renovated sauna+relax, wine cellar, gardenhouse or the warm outside spapool. The house is kids-friendly with a playhouse, trampoline, toys and boardgames.

Vi hyr ut vårt trevliga och rymliga sommarhus i Smygehamn med närhet till strand, butik och restauranger. Finns gott om utrymme och plats för både stora & små. Så långt söderut du kan komma i Sverige! Facilititer - Bastu, badtunna, boulebana Huset ligger ca 100m från stranden och ca 500 m till badbrygga. Smygehamn är Sveriges sydligaste plats & här finns affär, restaurang & glasskiosker. Närhet till fler pärlor och badstränder längst kusten. OBS! Husdjur är tillåtna utifrån samråd med oss.

Två sovrum på ovanvåningen och badrum och stora sällskapsrum på nedervåningen. Endast 12-14 minuter till Smygehuk, TT-Line och Trelleborg, ca. 40 minuter till Ystad, Lund, Malmö och Kastrup. Beautiful Scanish house from 1922, 3 km from Skurup, 15 min drive from Ystad and 35 min from Trelleborg & the ferries. The buzzing town of Malmö is 35 min by car and Copenhagen is 1hr off by train. Large L-shaped sitting room with fireplace adjoining dining room with access to terrace, double bedroom & bathroom, library, guest toilet, fully-equipped kitchen. Big TV room on top floor with 2 single beds & double bedroom. Golf courses, e.g. Abbekås, and the Baltic sea are closeby.

It only takes a minute to relax at this unique and tranquil getaway. Right on the beach, old charm but with modern facilities. If you want city life, it is only 3 km to the center of Trelleborg and 30 km away from Malmö. The house has facilities as a modern bathroom and a washing machine & dryer. The kitchen is well equipped and you will get bed linen and towels for your stay. From Trelleborg you can take the train to Copenhagen and the ferry to Germany and Poland.

Enjoy the peaceful view of the fields and horses. Take a walk to the ocean and enjoy the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of Östra Torp. The small house has a fully fitted kitchen, dining space in an open space solution. Sleeping quarters with a double bed on the loft and two beds (one as possible pull out double bed) on ground floor. A private outdoor space to enjoy the sunset or to have breakfast hangout.

Njut av lugnet från den skånska landsbygden samtidigt som du bor i ett historiskt hus som en gång i tiden varit en vattenkvarn som beboddes av munkar från Dalby kloster. Avsides men ändå nära till Strand, Ystad och Österlen. Lite avstånd (med bil). 10 minuter till Mossbystrand 25 minuter till Ystad och Österlen 30 minuter till Malmö
