A peaceful secluded self contained annex on the outskirts of the village with views across the fields 5 minutes walk to the local village pub & shop 10 mins drive to the city of Truro Truro train station is a mainline and 10 mins away. Buses to Truro and beyond from the village 15 mins drive to some beautiful sandy beaches. A perfect place to explore Cornwall. The annex had been fully modernised, with a large walk in shower. Private garden, washing line, patio area to enjoy the evening sun.
