Our townhouse has all the amenities. A two car garage, 60" TV and wifi, Keurig, fully furnished kitchen, and two spacious bedrooms with queen beds. Complete with photo worthy hearse available for pictures, this is a perfect spot for October or year round horror fans! It's a small place, but very cozy! DISCLAIMER: there is a lot of HORROR MOVIE imagery here. It is not suitable for young kids or adults who can’t handle horror imagery (I can’t believe I have to write this😹)

Our cozy, 1950’s cottage is within steps of UGA’s campus and is perfect for game days, college visits, wedding guests, or a weekend getaway to the Classic City. It’s only a half a mile walk to Sanford Stadium, which makes it the perfect spot for football season. The home is less than a mile from downtown Athens and a mile from Five Points. Complete with stone paths and terraced landscaping, the large backyard is shaded by a canopy of oak trees.
