Rent a bike and ride into Greenville to beautiful Falls Park!

The Little Big House

The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

4b Home w/ Private Porch Near Furman

This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home sleeps 8 guests. Located centrally- less than ten minutes from downtown Greenville, Cherrydale, Travelers Rest, Paris Mountain, Furman, North Greenville, and Timmons Arena. Food delivery & rideshare is readily available in this area. This newly renovated home is spacious, with a beautiful backyard patio in a fenced yard. Equipped with good wifi, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, luxury linens, TV's, full sized fridge. Located on a quiet street.

Charming Carriage House on Vineyard

Retreat from the rat race in this great getaway for 4 adults( no kiddos under 12). The Carriage House is located on a small farm vineyard and winery. Located between Greenville & Asheville so accessible to hiking, Paris Mt, Caesar's Head, Table Rock, Swamp Rabbit Trail, Chimney Rock, Lake Lure, antiques, breweries & wineries. Many restaurants nearby. Come visit our beautiful slice of heaven and enjoy the seasons. 1 dog (50 lbs) allowed/NO fee/tell me in reserv. See y'all soon.

One bedroom suite, under the sun-room with 4 windows overlooking the private garden; private entrance and completely separate from the main house; Individual mini split A/C unit in suite for your ultimate comfort; Huge working desk with plenty natural lights. Enjoy your morning tea or coffee in the garden; Relaxing and reading on the custom build banquette; super comfy Queen Size bed (Brand new mattress as of March 2024); separate area of bathroom, shower, sink and KITCHENETTE.

The Bike Barn ( next to Furman University)

This is a tiny house in the backyard of the hosts’ home, in a residential neighborhood located in north Greenville, steps from Furman University campus. It is a private space, with separate entrance, queen bed, small efficiency kitchen, and full bathroom. There is a Smart TV and free WIFI. There is potential for noise from campus and Duncan Chapel Road. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Please let us know if you plan to bring more than 1 vehicle. We do not permit smoking.
