E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

Situated in a picturesque location on the side of the arrigle valley the cottage has been lovingly restored to its original build. The cottage has all modern conveniences while keeping its old charm. A perfect base to explore the Copper Coast, its many beaches and the Comeragh Mountains all within 10km. The property is situated in a quiet residential area making it suitable for all. We have a strict NO parties or loud music rule! If hiking, biking, walking, running, surfing, exploring or just relaxing is your thing, No 34 will tick all the boxes!
