We recently recovered an old ruin in Trafaria, right by the Tejo river, with the help of Lisbon Architect Inês Brandão. The scenic Belém district lies just across the river, a short beautiful boat ride away. It´s located on the main avenue of the city, surrounded by restaurants with typical Portuguese food and also international, grocery stores, supermarket, banks and others facilities however inside the apartment the guests can enjoy a quiet atmosphere.

From the last floor (5th floor with elevator) you have a beautiful open view over the neighbourhood and to the Ocean (see pictures). There is space to have breakfast and dinner on the terrace or enjoy the sunset from the hammock after a day at the beach.
