Vermont Botanical Studio Apartment

This room is one half of a floor in our studio building (35 sq m). It is the only occupied space in the building, which is separated from the main house by a yard. There is a queen-sized bed, full bath (no-curb shower), and an outdoor shower (not available in the winter) Small kitchen with a sink, fridge, 2-burner induction hob, microwave/convection oven, toaster, coffee pot, and cookware. Arched ceiling, with ceiling fan, large windows, deck, and Maggie's botanical art lining the walls.

The historic Clark Farm boasts beautiful mountain views as well as of our apple orchard and early 19th Century barn. The farmhouse sleeps 8 comfortably with 2 king-size master suites that are tucked away each on their own floor. The queen room and the kids room (twins) share 1.5 baths in the "new" side of the house. The spacious light-filled farmhouse has an open floor plan with a gas fireplace in both the living room and tv/game room. Outdoors enjoy the 8 adirondack chairs and a fire pit .

The Oaks - secluded rural estate w/ amazing views

Relax in this private house secluded off a 1,000-ft driveway in the hills of NH overlooking Mt. Ascutney and the Connecticut River valley. This is the 45-acre estate known as "The Oaks" previously owned by painter Maxfield Parrish. Huge oak trees and rocky ledges abound. Great for gatherings with family or friends.
