Cozy old house from 1909. Fantastic view that simply MUST be experienced. Located in peaceful surroundings. HOWEVER THERE IS BUILDING ABOVE THE HOUSE The house has a small entrance hall, kitchen, dining room and living room. In the attic are 2 bedrooms. A SMALL TOILET WITHOUT A BATH/SHOWER! Folding mattress 150 wide, out in the attic. For those who want a cozy place, but can do without comfort. Central location with a lovely view

A central location in the middle of the Faroe Islands only about 17 minutes drive from the capital Tórshavn. A private entrance and spacious corridor, a modern 14 m2 bright room with a double bed, a table with 4 chairs and with a lovely view. A very nice private new bathroom with shower. A new kitchen with all facilities. About 2 minutes drive to the nearest grocery-store. For about 25 years, the host has worked as a tourist guide with Scandinavian, English and German-speaking tourists.

Ny hyggelig lille lejlighed på loftet af et bådhus. Det er lige ved vandet, sandstrand og en lille marina. Pragtfuld udsigt over havet, bygden og de høje fjelde. Hósvík ligger centralt på Færøerne og er den perfekte base for at udforske øerne, eller bare slappe af i fredelige, flotte omgivelser. Lejligheden er perfekt til enkeltpersoner/par, med eller uden børn, som ikke trænger meget indendørs plads. Der er smalle trapper op i lejligheden, dvs. uegnet til folk som ikke er fuldt mobile.

Excellent location --- The apartment is just a 2-3 minute walk (350 meters) from the charming Sandá river pathway, Sandagerð beach, and the boat marina in Argir. Furthermore, it is a only 10-15 minute walk (around 1.4 kilometer) from the city center of Tórshavn, Vágsbotn marina, and the historic old town of Reyni next to the beautiful government buildings at Tinganes. This place offers the perfect base for relaxation after a day of exploring the surrounding areas and the Faroe Islands

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Torshavn, in beautiful nature and with beautiful views of the sea, where a path leads from the house, to the beach. 5 min. walk to bus which has 10 min. drive to the city center. The apartment is approx. 50 m2 and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, entrance hall, bathroom and a combined kitchen / living room with double sofa bed and normal fitted kitchen where there is cooking possibility. Free WiFi and TV. Good free parking space.

Traditional Faroese house in Tórshavns city center

This traditional and cozy Faroese house, originally constructed in 1896, has, even though it's totally renovated, stayed faithful to the original design. The house features a traditional turf roof and the body of the house still features the same wood/oak which was placed in 1896, giving the house a real warmth. The view is extraordinary, featuring Nólsoy and the harbor of Tórshavn. The renovations of the house give it a modern touch without taking away from the original design.

Træk stikket og find ægte ro tæt på naturen. Lej et helt hus med panoramaudsigt til havet. Lige udenfor vinduet passerer fugle, sæler, hvaler og andre vilde dyr forbi, helt tæt på. Kun 25 minutters sejlads fra Tórshavn. Med op til syv daglige færgeafgange, er det nemt at komme til øen og huset. Hyggeligt bjælkehus med havudsigt i naturskønt område på Selatrað. Bjælkehytten ligger på en stor indhegnet grund med græs og træer. Gode muligheder for gåture i nærområdet. Den fredfulde bygd Selatrað, som ligger langs havet på øen Eysturoy byder på en lille plantage, en hyggelig å, en lille fodboldsbane og et lille lejeplads m. m. 35 minutters kørsel til hovedstaden Torshavn. 15 minutter kørsel til nærmeste købmand, pizzaria og restaurant.

Large apartment in Skála - 15 min from Tórshavn

Large, peaceful apartment in the middle of the Faroe Islands. Geographically central. The longest distance by car is approximately 1 hour's drive. 6 of the islands are connected by tunnels and bridges. It is about 15 min to Tórshavn through the new underwater tunnel. Quiet village by the sea. Nice view from the livingroom. You will love my home because of the peace, the view and the surroundings.

Cozy boathouse by the sea

Great location on the beach. Located in a peaceful area with sand/stone beach and private dock. On the beach, children can play and catch crabs. Old boathouse from the first in the 20th century, which has been converted into an apartment. Completly rebuilt in 2020. Boat and washer/dryer are in the basement (Neyst)
