The property comes with a pool table, outdoor patio furniture/ grill, home gym, game room, and outdoor play areas. It is close to lake hefner and 2 major highways (74 & I-44).

You won’t forget your time in this memorable place. New RV featuring a bunkhouse with a lower full size bed with 2 upper bunks. Master has a queen size bed. Kitchen includes a large refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen also includes a single-cup keurig, a toaster, and dishes. The bathroom is spacious with plenty of storage and comes with washcloths/bath towels and hand towels. Outside includes an outdoor shower, griddle, and mini fridge. We are dog friendly. Unfortunately we can not host cats.

We have a wonderful 5th wheel to stay in during your visit to the area. We are located between Canton TX (for 1st Monday) and Athens TX(Texas Freshwater Fishery, etc.) The Oak Castle Winery is only a few miles away. The 5th wheel is close to us in a quiet neighborhood. It has great air-conditioning, heat, is clean and can sleep up to 6 people. We provide clean sheets, towels, a coffee maker, coffee and fresh eggs. We are located just outside the city limits on a country road with beautiful fields and a catch and release fishing pond. We have 2 acres with our home on 1 acre and the RV on the other acre. The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful and we are only 20 minutes from Lake Texoma. We have a hammock, a fire pit with chairs, and a Gazebo by the pond with a table for 2. Our goal is to create a place for you to rest, relax, and have fun!
